Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SmartTaxReceipt service provided by PRO AUTOMATION FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT SOFTWARE DESIGN ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

SmartTaxReceipt is an AI-powered service that extracts structured data from invoice PDF files and generates Excel output. The service is provided as-is for business use.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use SmartTaxReceipt. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SmartTaxReceipt only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload files that contain malware or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service
• Use the service to process documents you do not have the right to process
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your plan includes a set number of PDF pages per month. Unused pages do not roll over. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your invoice data solely to provide the extraction service.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

SmartTaxReceipt uses AI to extract invoice data. While we strive for high accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy for all invoice formats, especially low-quality scans. You should review the output before relying on it for tax filings. We are not liable for errors in your tax submissions.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the SmartTaxReceipt service, including software, design, and content, belong to us. You retain ownership of your invoice data and the extracted output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
